I am not a stranger to counseling/therapy, and my experiences with Dr. Young have far exceeded my expectations. Prior to our working together, he was as thorough with me as I was with him to see if we were a "match." Since then, I have made incredible strides regarding my issues. I have ALWAYS felt like Dr. Young was making sure that my progress was happening at a healthy pace and that I had a clear understanding of what we were doing and what to expect. Dr. Young's support and encouragement have given me a freedom that I simply did not have prior to working with him, and I can't thank him enough.

I spent over 2 years with intense anxiety and depression. I sought treatment from psychiatrists, psychologists, integrative doctors, hormone specialists and medical professionals. I was in my early 60's when these symptoms appeared from nowhere. I had given up and assumed I would have to live in this state forever and was suicidal.
My husband continued to search for answers and after in numerous phone calls to different psychiatrists was referred to Dr. Young.
He was immediately responsive to my husband and encouraged us to come see him. It has been almost a year that I am free from my symptoms and living a normal happy life again.
Dr. Young is the future of psychiatry and works in a holistic way to heal you. I owe my life to him and recommend him in the highest order.
